Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 25, 2026
SnapSeller ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and the third-party services involved.
Photos you upload
To create a listing, you upload one or more photos of the item you want to sell. These photos, along with any form details you provide (title hints, condition, notes), are sent to third-party AI services that generate the suggested title, description, price range, and keywords for your listing.
You should not upload photos that are private, sensitive, illegal, explicit, or that contain other people without their consent. Do not upload images of identification documents, payment cards, or anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider.
Account data
- Your email address when you sign up.
- Usage counts so we can enforce free and paid limits.
- Listings you save to your account.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you purchase credits or a Pro subscription, your card details are submitted directly to Stripe — SnapSeller never sees or stores your payment card information. Stripe may collect billing address and tax-related information as required by law.
Analytics, cookies, and advertising
SnapSeller may use analytics, cookies, and advertising services in the future to understand how the site is used and to support the product. If and when we add these, this policy will be updated and, where required, we will request your consent.
