By using SnapSeller, you agree to these terms. SnapSeller helps you draft marketplace listings — you are responsible for what you ultimately post.

No guarantees

• SnapSeller does not guarantee that any item will sell.
• SnapSeller does not guarantee any specific sale price.
• Suggested prices are AI-generated estimates only, not appraisals.
• Platform recommendations are suggestions, not promises of performance.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing every listing before posting it anywhere.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of titles, descriptions, prices, and photos.
• You must follow the rules, policies, and prohibited-items lists of any marketplace where you post (Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Etsy, Craigslist, OfferUp, and others).
• Don't upload illegal, infringing, explicit, or harmful content.
• Don't try to bypass usage limits or abuse the AI provider.

Payments

Pro subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Credit packs are one-time and non-refundable once consumed. You can cancel anytime in your account. Payments are processed by Stripe.

No warranty

SnapSeller is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including failed sales, lost income, or marketplace account actions.
